How to work through and release anger

Hello readers!

I have been busy working and creating and I am excited to show you my new videos up on my YouTube channel and what I have new in shop! Here will be used for videos more than anything. Here are my latest videos. I took to social media to ask an very important question and to my surprise, the feed blew up. I asked, " In your spiritual development, what is it that you are struggling with?" And man did people have questions and boy do I have ideas and great things to help. Now, I don't know everything about all the things, however, I like to study the questions because giving an answer to help is important to me and the person asking the question. So the top questions were about anger, judgement, finding their soul path/ divine purpose, the planet as a whole and society's 2D way of thinking, and much more that were popular. Now that I am kid free this week, I am taking up this week to post videos for everyone. I also encourage people here on Google to tell me what they seem to be struggling with. We are all human and we are here to learn and grow. Spiritual teachers who choose to film and blog, know that this does not mean that they are saying that they know everything, teachers are students too, we just like to share what we know in hopes that it can help others in their spiritual development and the healing of this planet.

What is the Spring Equinox?

The spring equinox in the northern hemisphere marks the moment the sun passes over the equator. Wiccans and neopagans celebrate the day as Ostara, though any spiritual person can celebrate in ritual. It is a celebration for honoring the change of the season from darkness into the bright and joyous spring light.

It is said that Ostara was created from ancient Saxon and Celtic spring holidays, later adopted and Christianized into the Easter holiday, which oddly falls during the resurrection or rebirth of Christ. Whatever your religion or spiritual beliefs, we all celebrate during this time of year and for similar reasons.  

Who is Ostara?

Ostara, aka Eostra, is the Germanic Goddess who heralds the beginning of spring. She symbolizes rebirth, growth, and fertility.

Her name hold great meaning, dawn or east, representing the return of the sun and the gentle warmth is vibrates through us, and the extension of days. The root meanings in English are Easter and Oestrogen. 

She provides us her warmth, joyous, energetic, and compassionate energy.

Her symbols are the rabbit/hare and the egg. Symbolizing energy, fertility, and rebirth. 

Mythology says that, a dying bird who migrated back for the warmth, found that spring had not come. Ostara had arrived late and a day later. She ran across the dying bird, she warmed him up and then turned him into a hare. This is where the Easter bunny most likely derived from.

You can honor and celebrate Ostara during the spring equinox and the first full moon after the equinox. 

Altar Tips:

• Place a picture of Ostara on your altar
• Herbs and Oils - Floral, fruity, and citrus
• Gemstones - chrysoprase, fluorite, emerald, rose quartz, fuchsite, moonstone, bloodstone, labradorite, and many more which represent joy, growth, fertility, and rebirth.
• Colors - spring colors

She reminds us of the different stages of womanhood. Which brings me to her archetype, The Maiden. She is one of the aspects of the Triple Goddess. The other two being the Mother and the Crone. They represent the cycles of the moon and stages in a woman's life.

Everything you need to know about setting up your Fall/October/ Dia De Los Muertos Altar!

Good morning everyone! 

Today I thought I  would give some tips on how to prepare your sacred space or altar for this month; October. This month is such a magical and energetic month. It when the vail between this world and the spiritual world is the thinnest and we see bright colors or oranges, browns, tans, reds, purples, and all the fun fall and Halloween colors. So to honor this month and the spiritual world, our ancestors and recent loved ones who have passed, I put together a few tips to help you with your fall sacred spaces. 

It is important  to know that, there are no strict rules on how to create this sacred space. These are just tips and ideas which I love. Feel free to add or remove any of these ideas and tips. Have fun with this and be creative. What is your intuition telling you to use on your altars and sacred spaces? Do what you must!

Tips:

1. Herbs/ Incense & Oils: Palo Santo, white sage, patchouli, frankincense, sandalwood, vetiver, roses, angelica, cedarwood, myrrh, and juniper berry. Scent is very important when doing any spiritual work. 

2. Flowers: Anything warm colored but try to add in marigold and roses. 

3. Crystals: Anything with tan, black, brown, orange, green, or red colored. For example, citrine, carnelian, jaspers, black obsidian, black onyx, black tourmaline, petrified wood, emerald,  aventurine stones, even pyrite (aka, fools gold) would be good! These are stones and crystals that really bring in the energies of fall and dia de los Muertos. Crystals in the shape of skulls are great when honoring your loved ones and ancestors. 

4. All 4 elements: Water, soil (just a plant is good for this), feathers (for air), and candles (for fire), preferably the colors of fall. These are ways to call in the directions to help with whatever it is you're doing in your sacred space. Even in honoring your loved ones and ancestors. 

5. Cloths: The colors of fall 

6. If you are also honoring a loved one or loved ones who have passed, place a picture of them on your space along with fall colored foods and any other foods that they enjoyed. You do not have to do this, even just pictures of them will work as you honor them.
