• What is your purpose here on this earth and do you need guidance to help you achieve your purpose? Allow your loved ones who have passed and  spirit to help you.
• What is it that you see in this world, talking to friends and looking on social media, what is the number one thing you feel we could help people heal from or help achieve? 
• Do you simply need help in your spiritual growth whether its tarot/oracle cards, differentiating between your spiritual abilities and your own thoughts? Or maybe you need more coaching on metaphysics (herbs, oils, energy, crystals, etc. ) We can help you with that!

Everything you need to know about setting up your Fall/October/ Dia De Los Muertos Altar!

Good morning everyone! 

Today I thought I  would give some tips on how to prepare your sacred space or altar for this month; October. This month is such a magical and energetic month. It when the vail between this world and the spiritual world is the thinnest and we see bright colors or oranges, browns, tans, reds, purples, and all the fun fall and Halloween colors. So to honor this month and the spiritual world, our ancestors and recent loved ones who have passed, I put together a few tips to help you with your fall sacred spaces. 

It is important  to know that, there are no strict rules on how to create this sacred space. These are just tips and ideas which I love. Feel free to add or remove any of these ideas and tips. Have fun with this and be creative. What is your intuition telling you to use on your altars and sacred spaces? Do what you must!

Tips:

1. Herbs/ Incense & Oils: Palo Santo, white sage, patchouli, frankincense, sandalwood, vetiver, roses, angelica, cedarwood, myrrh, and juniper berry. Scent is very important when doing any spiritual work. 

2. Flowers: Anything warm colored but try to add in marigold and roses. 

3. Crystals: Anything with tan, black, brown, orange, green, or red colored. For example, citrine, carnelian, jaspers, black obsidian, black onyx, black tourmaline, petrified wood, emerald,  aventurine stones, even pyrite (aka, fools gold) would be good! These are stones and crystals that really bring in the energies of fall and dia de los Muertos. Crystals in the shape of skulls are great when honoring your loved ones and ancestors. 

4. All 4 elements: Water, soil (just a plant is good for this), feathers (for air), and candles (for fire), preferably the colors of fall. These are ways to call in the directions to help with whatever it is you're doing in your sacred space. Even in honoring your loved ones and ancestors.

6. If you are also honoring a loved one or loved ones who have passed, place a picture of them on your space along with fall colored foods and any other foods that they enjoyed. You do not have to do this, even just pictures of them will work as you honor them.
